1958年通过了整风和双反运动,我队改变了领导作风,废除了不合理的规章制度,贯彻了党的总路线,发动羣众大闹技术革命,掀起了生产大跃进的高潮。尤其在全国海洋渔捞企业三级干部会议的鼓舞下,我队全休职工干劲冲天,出色地超额完成了国家计划要求,并有8个单位超额完成了国家丰产船的指标,占我队全部生产单位的20%。
In 1958, we adopted rectification and double counter-campaigns. Our team changed its leadership style, abolished unreasonable rules and regulations, implemented the party’s general line, mobilized the masses to make technical revolutions, and set off the climax of the Great Leap Forward in Production. In particular, encouraged by the Third-level Cadre Conference of China’s Marine Fishing Enterprises, all the employees in our team worked hard to surpass the outstanding requirements of the state plan and eight units surpassed the targets of the national high-yield ships and accounted for the entire production of our team 20% of the unit.
