一、工程概况 交通银行杭州金融大楼位于杭州市庆春路改造工程~#45地块,实际用地面积2776m~2,总建筑面积19913m~2。大楼设地下2层,地上13层,主体建筑高51.1m,建筑物最高点68m,是一座集营业办公于一体的现代化金融大楼,在繁华路上向人们展示全新和别具一格的风范,被评为1998年杭州市建筑十大景观之一。
I. Project Overview The Bank of Communications Hangzhou Finance Building is located in the Qingchun Road Renovation Project ~#45 plot in Hangzhou. The actual site area is 2776m~2 and the total construction area is 19913m~2. The building has 2 floors underground and 13 floors above ground. The main building is 51.1m high and the highest point of the building is 68m. It is a modern financial building that integrates business office into a whole. It shows people new and unique style on the bustling road. It was named 1998. One of the ten landscapes of Hangzhou City in the year.
