深入推进社会管理创新是中央准确把握现阶段经济社会发展的新形势、新特征,为更好维护国家长治久安,促进人民安居乐业,确保社会和谐稳定作出的重大决策部署,是当前带有方向性、全局性和战略性的重大理论和实践问题。中华全国律师协会为律师服务社会管理创新专门印发了相关意见。本文结合中华全国律师协会意见精神,对律师服务社会管理创新进行了思考与探讨。
In-depth promotion of social management innovation is a new situation and a new feature for the Central Government to accurately grasp the current economic and social development. The major policy-making arrangements for better safeguarding the country’s long-term peace and stability, promoting people’s livelihood and ensuring social harmony and stability are the major issues facing the current direction- Sexual and strategic major theoretical and practical issues. The All China Lawyers Association has issued relevant opinions specifically for the lawyers’ service of social management innovation. Based on the opinion of All China Lawyers Association, this article makes some thinking and discussion on the lawyers’ service of social management innovation.
