本文主要阐述了当前电力企业实行激励机制的重要意义,并对电力企业激励机制的发展现状进行了分析,在此基础上对如何更好的实施激励机制给予了合理化建议。
This paper mainly expounds the significance of the current incentive mechanism of electric power enterprises, and analyzes the current situation of the development of incentive mechanism of electric power enterprises. On this basis, it gives reasonable suggestions on how to better implement the incentive mechanism.
