研究结果表明,槟榔花粉呈球形或扁球形,极轴长26 μM(24 .2 ~27 .8 μM ) ,赤道轴长27 .2 μM(25 .3 ~29 .1 μM) ,有两层壁,外壁含有多种生理活性物质;有17 种氨基酸,总含量按干重计,三亚崖城(40.32 MG/G) ＞ 琼中湾岭(39 .72 MG/G),其中ASP、GLU 、LYS 含量较高,分别为5 .87 MG/G、4 .38 MG/G、3 .87 MG/G.9 种必需氨基酸和6 种增香氨基酸的组分总量,均以三亚崖城＞ 琼中湾岭,药效氨基酸则以琼中湾岭＞ 三亚崖城;化学元素含量以宏量元素K＞ MG＞ CA＞ P＞ NA,微量元素SI＞ MN＞ FE＞ ZN＞ PB ＞ CU 、NI.“,”Through the observation of the pollen of Areca catechu L., the results show that the form of pollen is globular or ellipsoid,with 26 μ m(24.2~27.8 μ m) polar axis,27.2 μ m(25.3~29.1 μ m)quarter major axis, and two layers of walls whose outer wall contains many physiologically activated materials.It contains 17 kinds of amino acid.Calculated by dry weight,the total content of Shanya Yacheng's amino acid (40.32 mg/g) is more than that of Qiongzhong Wanling's. Among the content of the 17 kinds of amino acid,the content of Asp,Glu,Lys is more than the other's and the values of them are 5.87 mg/g, 4.38 mg/g, 3.87 mg/g, respectively.As for the total content of 9 kinds of essential amino acid or 6 kinds of aromatic amino acid, both of Shanya Yacheng's are more than that of Qiongzhong Wanling's,but the total content of Qiongzhong Wanling's pharmacodynamic amino acid is more than that of Shanya Yacheng's. For the content of mineral elements,according to the order from more to less,the order of great elements is K>Mg>Ca>P>Na,and that of trace elements Si>Mn>Fe>Zn>Pb>Cu,Ni.
