选用健康家兔 6只 ,将 0 .5mg的HRP涂于左侧股神经近侧端内 ,对躯体纤维来源节段性进行了观察 ,结果显示同侧L5～L7腹角和相应的脊神经节出现了阳性标记细胞 ,仅 1只动物L7脊神经节中出现少量HRP标记细胞 ,表明家兔股神经躯体纤维来源于下位腰髓腹角外侧部和相应节段的脊神经节 ,并呈明显的节段性分布
