在信息化时代的背景下,济南中院对原中央政治局委员、重庆市委书记薄熙来的审判进行了全程庭审网络微博直播。通过网络微博直播这一方式,直接将案情及审判过程公开透明的呈现给广大人民群众,显示了司法机关以事实服众的决心和信心。这也反映出了司法机关利用网络宣传法治的同时,表明网络在这一新时期对司法工作具有一定的积极作用。
In the context of the information age, Jinan Intermediate People’s Court conducted a live broadcast of the entire court trial on the trial of Bo Xilai, member of the former Central Political Bureau and Chongqing Party Secretary. Through live broadcast of this method on the Weibo network, the case and the trial process are directly and transparently presented to the general public, showing the determination and confidence of the judiciary in convincing the public with facts. This also shows that while using the Internet to promote the rule of law, the judiciary shows that the network has a certain positive effect on judicial work in this new period.
