巨细胞病毒(CMV)是引起宫内感染最常见的病毒之一,可导致早期流产、死胎、新生儿死亡和先天性畸形等。近十几年来,人们在努力寻找检测手段及对胎儿的保护措施,以预防先天性畸形儿的出生。本研究采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)方法对早孕和优生咨询的孕妇及待孕妇女31280例,进行了CMV-IgM和IgA的检测。对CMV感染阳性者用特异性转移因子(DLE)进行治疗,并追踪调查,观察妊娠结局,研究CMV感染对新生儿发育的影响。
Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is one of the most common viruses that cause intrauterine infection, leading to early miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death and congenital malformations. In the past decade or so, people are trying hard to find detection methods and fetus protection measures to prevent the birth of congenital malformations. In this study, the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for early pregnancy and eugenics counseling pregnant women and 31280 pregnant women, the detection of CMV-IgM and IgA. CMV infection was positive with specific transfer factor (DLE) for treatment, and follow-up survey to observe the pregnancy outcome, CMV infection on neonatal development.
