本文研完了86例高血压患者和33例正常人的超声心动图,发现用 IVS_T、PW_T和 LVM_I 三项指标可早期发现高血压所致的左心室肥厚,用之诊断早期高心病比心电图和 X 线敏感。本文对高心病患者的非对称性室间隔肥厚,左心房扩大和心功能异常等问题,也作了初步探讨。
In this paper, 86 cases of hypertensive patients and 33 normal subjects echocardiography and found IVS_T, PW_T and LVM_I three indicators can be early detection of hypertension-induced left ventricular hypertrophy, the diagnosis of early high heart disease than ECG and X Line sensitive. In this paper, patients with hypertensive heart disease asymmetric ventricular septal hypertrophy, left atrial enlargement and cardiac dysfunction and other issues, but also made a preliminary study.
