为了解南宁市禽肉产品中沙门菌血清型的分布情况和耐药情况,选取本实验室于2011~2012年分离自禽肉的70株沙门菌与参考血清进行玻片凝集试验,并采用K-B法检测其对16种常用抗生素药物的敏感性。血清型结果显示,70株分离株以B群为优势群,其次是E1群和D1群,这3个群占总数的68.6%;共鉴定出31个血清型,其中以德尔卑沙门菌、肠炎沙门菌和纽兰沙门菌为优势;药敏结果显示:分离株对氨苄西林、阿莫西林和四环素的耐药率均大于50%,三重以上耐药的菌株高达51.4%,耐药最多的菌株可耐受12种抗生素。研究结果表明,南宁市禽肉产品中的沙门菌血清型呈多样性,耐药情况比较严重。
To understand the distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella serotypes in poultry products in Nanning, 70 strains of Salmonella isolated from poultry from 2011 to 2012 in our laboratory were selected for slide agglutination test and KB Method to test its sensitivity to 16 commonly used antibiotics. Serotypes showed that 70 isolates belonged to group B as the dominant group, followed by E1 group and D1 group, accounting for 68.6% of the total; 31 serotypes were identified, of which Salmonella delphi, enteritis Salmonella and Neisseria gonorrhoeae were the predominant ones. The susceptibility results showed that the resistance rates of the isolates to ampicillin, amoxicillin and tetracycline were all above 50%, and the strains with more than triple resistance were as high as 51.4% and the most resistant strains Can tolerate 12 kinds of antibiotics. The results showed that there was a diversity of Salmonella serotypes in poultry products in Nanning City, and the drug resistance situation was quite serious.
