目的 动态观察兔眼植入硅凝胶软性人工晶状体术后 180天的变化 ,为今后研究作参考。方法 10只大耳白兔(2 0只眼 )分为对照组和实验组。进行超声乳化小切口硅凝胶软性人工晶状体植入术 ,于术后第 7、15、30、6 0、90、180天使用裂隙灯显微镜观察变化。结果 兔眼术后炎症反应较重 ,术后第 30天前房渗出吸收 ,对照组较实验组前房渗出轻。后囊浑浊于术后第 15天形成 ,实验组较对照组后囊浑浊形成早并且严重。植入人工晶状体的 14眼中 ,有 7眼发生人工晶状体移位 ,2眼发生前房积血。结论 手术刺激是导致人工晶状体术后炎症反应、后囊浑浊形成的一个重要因素 ,而且不同的种属、不同的个体 ,术后炎症反应不一样
Objective To observe the change of 180 days after implantation of soft silicone intraocular lens (IOL) in rabbits eyes for reference in the future. Methods 10 rabbits (20 eyes) were divided into control group and experimental group. Phacoemulsification small incision silicone gel soft intraocular lens implantation, in the first 7th, 15th, 30th, 60th, 90th and 180th days, the change was observed by slit lamp microscope. Results The postoperative inflammatory reaction was more severe in rabbits. The anterior chamber exudation was absorbed on the 30th day after operation. The exudation in the control group was lighter than that in the experimental group. Posterior capsular opacification was formed on the 15th day after operation, and posterior capsule opacification in the experimental group was earlier and worse than that in the control group. Intraocular lens implantation in 14 eyes, intraocular lens shift occurred in 7 eyes, 2 cases of anterior chamber hemorrhage occurred. Conclusions Surgical stimulation is an important factor leading to postoperative inflammatory reaction and posterior capsule opacification. Different types of patients and different individuals have different postoperative inflammatory responses
