目的探讨复方中药渴乐饮对实验大鼠抗氧化和抗疲劳作用。方法以四氧嘧啶腹腔注射造成大鼠糖尿病模型,观察复方中药渴乐饮对糖尿病中药治疗组、中药正常对照组及糖尿病中药预防组大鼠血清及组织中过氧化脂质的影响,并与正常对照组、糖尿病对照组和糖尿病胰岛素治疗组大鼠相比较。用硫代巴比土酸法测过氧化脂质。以游泳时间观察复方中药渴乐饮对大鼠的抗疲劳作用。组间比较采用方差分析及t检验。结果复方中药渴乐饮可明显降低正常大鼠和糖尿病大鼠血清及组织中过氧化脂质水平(P<0.01),也可显著延长大鼠的游泳时间(P<0.01)。结论复方中药渴乐饮对实验大鼠具有明显的抗氧化和抗疲劳作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine Thirty. Methods Diabetic rat models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan, and the effects of compound Chinese medicine Thiryayin on lipid peroxidation in the serum and tissues of diabetic Chinese medicine treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine control group and diabetic Chinese medicine prevention group were observed. The control group, the diabetic control group, and the diabetic insulin treatment group were compared. Oxidized lipids were measured using thiobarbituric acid. Observe the anti-fatigue effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine, Thirty, by taking swimming time. Between groups were compared using analysis of variance and t test. Results Thirty-one Chinese medicine compound TCM could significantly reduce the levels of lipid peroxides in serum and tissues of normal rats and diabetic rats (P<0.01), and also significantly prolonged the swimming time of rats (P<0.01). Conclusion The compound Chinese medicine “Thiry” has obvious antioxidant and anti-fatigue effects on experimental rats.
