孤残儿童福利院是收养无人抚养的孤残儿童、孤残弃婴的社会福利事业单位。孤残儿童档案所管理的儿童福利院特色档案,是切实地维护孤残儿童合法权益不受侵害的重要依据。近些年来,国内儿童福利院越来越重视孤残儿童的档案管理工作,并把儿童福利院档案管理的规范化工作的开展列入到了议事日程。随着国内科技的不断发展与信息技术的进步,高科技信息技术走进普通大众的生活同时,也全面渗透到了儿童福利院的工作领域。
