针对再生混凝土用作结构材料的三个关键问题——再生混凝土抗压强度的变异特性、再生混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能和再生混凝土的热膨胀系数进行试验研究。在抗压强度变异性试验中,采用3种不同来源的再生骨料。试验结果表明:再生混凝土抗压强度的变异系数与普通混凝土相近,受再生骨料来源影响不大;再生混凝土抗压强度的概率分布均服从正态分布;再生混凝土的粘结-滑移全曲线的总体形状与普通混凝土类似;再生混凝土的粘结强度较相同配合比的普通混凝土略低,但热膨胀系数与普通混凝土比较接近。
In this paper, three key problems of recycled concrete used as structural materials, such as the variation of compressive strength of recycled concrete, the bonding performance between recycled concrete and reinforcing steel, and the thermal expansion coefficient of recycled concrete were studied. In the compressive strength variability test, three different sources of recycled aggregate were used. The experimental results show that the coefficient of variation of compressive strength of recycled concrete is similar to that of ordinary concrete and is not affected by the source of recycled aggregate. The probability distribution of compressive strength of recycled concrete obeys normal distribution. The curve of bond-slip of recycled concrete The general shape of the recycled concrete is similar to that of ordinary concrete. The bond strength of recycled concrete is slightly lower than that of normal concrete with the same proportion, but the coefficient of thermal expansion is similar to ordinary concrete.
