在田径项目中,跨栏越来越受到广大青少年的青睐。在学校体育教学中使广大青年学生掌握跨栏这一运动项目,难点在于如何使那些从未面对过栏架的学生(尤其是女生)消除对障碍物的恐惧心理。笔者在广泛阅读国内外有关资料的基础上,结合跨栏运动的特点,设计出跨栏、舞蹈和音乐相结合的教学方法,并收到了满意的效果。一、研究方法设实验组与对照组,均采用双盲法:实验组30人,其中大学男生10人,女生10人;中学女生10人。对照组39人,其中大学男生15人,女生14人;中学女生10人。两组的大学生,从小学到大学均未参加过任何运动队;20名女中学生是济南第十三中学校代表队员,但也从未跨过栏。两组采用同一教学进度和练习密度。实验组加
In the track and field project, hurdles are more and more favored by the majority of young people.
