宫外孕是妇产科常见急腹症之一。典型病例诊断并不困难,但仍有不少不典型病例的诊断困难,甚至误诊,轻则延误治疗,重则危及生命。本院自1959年至1981年间共误诊47例,现进行回顾分析。一般资料一、误诊病种:见表1、2。宫外孕误诊病例中,以宫外孕误诊为其它疾病多见,占85.1％(39/47),其它疾病误诊为宫外孕者较少见,占14.9％(8/47)。二者的后果,以前者为甚,轻者造成腹腔内出血增多,重则危及生命;而后者中符合剖腹探查
Ectopic pregnancy is one of the common acute abdomen obstetrics and gynecology. The diagnosis of typical cases is not difficult, but there are still many cases of atypical diagnosis difficult, or even misdiagnosed, ranging from delay treatment, weight is life-threatening. 47 cases were misdiagnosed in our hospital from 1959 to 1981, and are now analyzed retrospectively. The consequences of both, the former is even worse, light caused by increased intra-abdominal bleeding, while life-threatening; the latter in line with laparotomy
