近一年多以来,我院用自制的胃特灵片治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡,取得了较满意的疗效。现小结于下: 处方组成与用法处方:甘草次酸1000克,乌贼骨粉500克,硬脂酸镁100克,淀粉糊适量,共制成1000片。用法:第一周每天3次,每次服4～6片,以后每日3次,每次2～3片,饭前服。在治疗过程中,如因钠离子贮留而引起水肿时,不须停药,但应酌情减量,并加服双氢克尿塞和氯化钾。
