随着新板金件和新材料的不断出现,关于板材成形性能的研究日益广泛和深入。60年代以来,Keeler和Goodwin提出的成形极限图有助于这方面的研究。为了建立成形极限图,必须找到一种在板材上绘制座标网格的方法。目前印制座标网主要有五种方法:划线器划线,橡皮压花、丝网漏印、接触照相、电化学腐蚀方法。其中后三种方法,应用尤为普遍,本文对此作一简要介绍。
With the continuous emergence of new metal parts and new materials, the research on the forming properties of sheet metal is becoming more extensive and in-depth. Since the 1960s, the forming limit maps proposed by Keeler and Goodwin are helpful for this research. In order to establish the forming limit map, one must find a way to draw a coordinate grid on the sheet. There are currently five main methods of printing coordinate network: crossed scribe, rubber embossing, screen leakage, contact photography, electrochemical corrosion method. Among the latter three methods, the application is particularly common, this article makes a brief introduction.
