桦南林区工会2005年被评为黑龙江省模范职工之家荣获称号。几年来切实加强自身建设,履行工会各项职能,积极构建和谐职工之家。全面调动广大职工群众发挥主人翁责任感,使职工群众成为林区经济转型的参与者、小城镇建设的受益者、文化体育活动的组织者,职工之家建设生根发芽,党政支持、组织健全、制度完善、作用明显,使工会组织真正成为广大职工群众信赖的“娘家人”。
Huanan Forestry Union in 2005 was named the model worker’s home in Heilongjiang won the title. Over the past few years, we must earnestly step up self-construction, perform all the functions of trade unions, and actively build a harmonious home of workers. Mobilize the broad masses of workers and staffs to play a role as the masters of their own sense of responsibility, make the workers and the masses become participants in the economic restructuring of forests, beneficiaries of the construction of small cities and towns, organizers of cultural and sports activities, and the construction of workers’ homes take root, the support of the party and government, well- Perfect, obvious role, so that trade unions truly become the masses of workers and staff trust “her family ”.
