目的探讨百级超净台风速对微生物限度无菌检查环境的影响。方法对专业性标准进行比较并分析某无菌室超净台日常监测静态和动态沉降菌数据。结果在没有风速做保障的前提下,就无法保证工作区的无菌条件。结论无菌室日常监测中风速监测具有重要意义,应该定期检测。
Objective To investigate the impact of the hundred-level super-clean typhoon on the microbiological limit of aseptic testing environment. Methods The professional standards were compared and the data of static and dynamic sedimentation in daily monitoring of clean rooms in aseptic room were analyzed. The results in the absence of wind speed to ensure the premise, you can not guarantee the aseptic conditions of the work area. Conclusion The monitoring of wind speed during routine monitoring of aseptic rooms is of great importance and should be regularly tested.
