本文报道肺心病患者的心肺导纳图及其微分图测量统计的有关原理和各项指标,并分析了其间的有关联系。结果认为:心导纳图及其微分图不仅可被用来观察以左心室病变为主的心脏病的血流动力学变化,还能同肺导纳图及其微分图一样,可作为诊断以右心室为主要病变的肺心病的参改依据。采用导纳图及其微分图方法研究肺心病较阻抗图及其微分图方法简便、准确,是一项值得深入进行研究的新课题。
This article reports the cardiopulmonary conductance in patients with pulmonary heart disease and its differential graph measurement statistics of the relevant principles and indicators, and analyze the relationship between them. The results showed that the cardiac admittance map and its differential graph not only can be used to observe the hemodynamic changes of heart disease with predominance of left ventricular lesions, but also can be used as diagnosis Right ventricle as the main lesion of pulmonary heart disease based on the reference. Adopting the admittance graph and its differential graph method to study pulmonary heart disease is an easy and accurate method to compare impedance diagram and its differential graph, which is a new topic that deserves further study.
