近距离放疗方面的进展已使其重新作为治疗局限性前列腺癌的一种方法而受到重视。近距离放射疗法具有较好的局部控制能力,副作用小。5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)是一种已被认可的在放疗期间用于增进疗效的较好的放射增敏剂。此项研究的目的是对局限性晚期前列腺癌患者行近距离放疗加用5-FU持续输入的毒性进行评价。1991年7月到1993年9月,治疗局限性晚期前列腺癌25例,其中24例通过外科手术进一步证实了淋巴结阴性。~(198)Au在荧光
Advances in brachytherapy have led to its re-emphasis as a means of treating locally-limited prostate cancer. Brachytherapy has better local control and has fewer side effects. 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is a well-established radiosensitizer that has been approved for improved efficacy during radiotherapy. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of brachytherapy plus continuous input of 5-FU in patients with localized advanced prostate cancer. From July 1991 to September 1993, 25 patients with locally advanced prostate cancer were treated, of whom 24 were confirmed to be negative by surgery. ~(198)Au in Fluorescence
