拜志强,现任西安市碑林区文艺路街道环卫所副所长。每一个熟悉他的人都知道他关爱下属是出了名的。人常说:“浇树要浇根,帮人要帮心”。到街道环卫所工作后,他非常重视环卫工人的思想政治教育,为了调动环卫工人的工作积极性,拜志强主动协助所长做好环卫工人的思想工作,经常利用闲暇时间与工人们聊天、交心,了解掌握他们的思想动态和生活中的实际困难,并在自己力所能及的范围内积极帮助解决。随着时间的推移,他与工人们建立起了深厚的感情,下属们都深情地称他“及时雨”他们发自肺腑地说:“志强是个好人哪！”。
