本文讨论了重型载重车车身——车架结构的三维弹性振动(垂直、扭转和横向)控制的调谐技术。涉及到要解决摇振问题的部件有车架——货箱结构、驾驶室支承以及发动机支承。这种经试验验证的方法是一种用传递矩阵进行分析的三元数学模型。采用电液振动台所取得的实验结果表明,这种理论估计相当准确。这种以研究各部件对三维摇振的影响为基础的调谐技术已在投产的载重车上使用,并且取得良好的效果。
This article discusses tuning techniques for three-dimensional elastic vibration (vertical, torsional, and lateral) control of heavy-duty truck body-frame structures. The parts involved in solving the vibration problem are frame-box structure, cab support and engine support. This experimentally validated method is a ternary mathematical model that is analyzed using a transfer matrix. The experimental results obtained using electrohydraulic vibration table show that this theory is quite accurate. This tuning technique based on the study of the effects of the various components on the three-dimensional shaking has been used on a truck that has been put into operation and has achieved good results.
