大量的文献资料证明.地下矿山充填体破坏的原因在于对充填体强度和其它物理参数缺乏充分的了解,以及各个矿山所用的充填材料不能保持始终如一的质量.根据文献资料调查和安大略全省应用充填法的18座矿山的资料,无论是单一矿山的不同水平.还是各个矿山之间,现在都使用非系统的质量控制方法,这些矿山实际上都在使用质量低劣的充填材料,而且在现场又利用不当.本文评估了矿山确定充填体物理参数现用的各种方法,并对优化充填材料试验和制备准则提出了相应的建议.提出了一系列标准的充填料特性试验方法,以便对充填体性态提供实用的而非综合性的评估.这些建议的目的在于提出充填质量评估的工业标准.文中所提供的资料可用于充填设计,也可作为以正规的和比现在更系统的方式对比各矿之间充填质量多数的手段.
A large number of documents prove. The reason for the destruction of underground mine fillings is the lack of adequate knowledge of the strength of the packings and other physical parameters and the consistent quality of the fill material used in each mine. According to the literature survey and data from 18 mines in Ontario Province, which apply the filling method, both at different levels of a single mine. Or between the various mines, non-systematic quality control methods are now used, and these mines are in fact using poor quality filling materials and are not properly utilized on site. In this paper, various methods used to determine the physical parameters of filling bodies in mines are evaluated, and some suggestions are put forward to optimize the testing and preparation criteria of filling materials. A series of standard filling material property test methods have been proposed to provide a practical rather than comprehensive assessment of the filling behavior. The purpose of these recommendations is to propose an industry standard for filling quality assessment. The information provided in the paper can be used for filling design as well as a means to compare the filling quality between mines in a more formal and present-day manner.
