目的分析包头市医疗机构法定报告传染病的漏报、迟报情况,为进一步规范包头市传染病疫情信息报告管理工作,提高传染病网络报告质量提供依据。方法 2013年按照《包头市传染病网络直报质量督导检查方案》抽查全市各级医疗机构进行传染病漏报调查。结果本次共调查各级医疗机构27家,其中市级医院13家、旗县区级医院5家、卫生院4家、妇幼保健所3家、社区卫生服务中心1家、部队医院1家。共抽查门诊日志、出入院登记、化验室检测阳性结果登记146 495人,查出传染病17种共645例,其中进行网络报告643例,漏报2例,迟报13例,传染病报告率为99.69%,漏报率为0.31%,迟报率为2.02%。传染病报告完整率为94.38%、准确率为100%、一致率为82.50%。结论包头市医疗机构传染病报告工作仍存在漏报、迟报现象,应采取综合性防控措施,进一步提高传染病报告质量。
Objective To analyze the omission and deferral of statutory reporting of infectious diseases in medical institutions in Baotou, and to provide basis for further regulating the reporting and management of epidemic situation information of infectious diseases and improving the quality of infectious disease network reporting. Methods In 2013, according to “Baotou Infectious Diseases Network Direct Reporting Quality Supervision and Inspection Scheme,” spot checks of the city’s medical institutions at all levels to carry out the investigation of underreporting of infectious diseases. Results A total of 27 medical institutions at all levels were investigated, including 13 municipal hospitals, 5 county-level hospitals, 4 health centers, 3 maternal and child health centers, 1 community health service center and 1 military hospital. A total of 146 495 were registered in the outpatient registration and laboratory test positive results. A total of 645 cases of 17 kinds of infectious diseases were detected, of which 643 cases were reported online, 2 cases were missed, 13 cases were late reported, and the reporting rate of infectious diseases Was 99.69%, the false negative rate was 0.31% and the late rate was 2.02%. Infectious disease report complete rate of 94.38%, the accuracy rate of 100%, the agreement rate was 82.50%. Conclusion There are still some omissions and delays in the reporting of infectious diseases in medical institutions in Baotou. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to further improve the reporting of infectious diseases.
