该小区位于柏林市中心,它的四周均为国家级重要建筑物,如柏林市政厅、党中央委员会大楼、共和国宫、部长会议大厦等。再稍远有电视塔和美丽的菩提树大街,是共和国政治文化中心,也是各国游客必到之地。小区三面是城市干道,一面是流经市区的斯普累河。本区中央有一古老的教堂——尼古拉教堂,这个教堂始建于1378年,后经多次修整改造,成为柏林著名教堂
The district is located in the heart of Berlin. It is surrounded by nationally important buildings such as the Berlin City Hall, the Central Committee of the Communist Party, the Republic Palace, and the Ministerial Conference Building. Further a little further, there is the TV Tower and the beautiful Lime Tree Street. It is the political and cultural center of the Republic and is also a must for tourists from all countries. The three sides of the community are urban roads and one side is the River Spree flowing through the urban area. In the center of the district there is an ancient church, the Nikolai Church. This church was built in 1378, and after many renovations it became a famous church in Berlin.
