据人社部就业信息监测工作领导小组办公室2014年7月份就业信息监测结果显示,宁夏就业信息监测数据综合排名位居全国第10名,成为全国被监测的32个省市区中数据质量和排名进步最快的地区。在短短的半年时间里,宁夏就业信息监测工作从无到有,脚踏实地,稳步提升,在强手如云的兄弟省区中脱颖而出,彻底扭转了两年来就业信息监测工作的被动局面。截至7月,宁夏这项工作已经由全国落后梯队跃居至第一梯队。他们是怎么由落后变先进,使就业监测工作实现了质的飞跃呢?笔者带着这个疑问采访了自治区就业与创业服务局相关人员。
