一、解放自己的双手,不妨对学生放权。教师无需像“管家婆”一样,事无巨细,事必躬亲。该放手时就放手,对组织主题班会、参加学校组织的文娱、体育、书法、卫生、黑板报等项目的评比,教师大可放心,退居二线,由班干部牵头,让学生自己组织策划。这样,一旦让学生自主管理,不仅锻炼了学生的能力,还可让教师从繁琐的事务中解脱出来,集中精力做好教育教学工作。教师可让学生在课堂讨论中自主获取新知、培养能力、提高觉悟;可以少讲、精讲,避免口干舌燥;可以灵活练习批改形式,让学生在组长“代劳”、抽组批阅、学生互阅中扬长避短。这样,教师少费精力,事半功倍,何乐而不为?
