根據這次西北水土保持考察團的調查結果,西北羣眾為了保持水土、提高產量,對於水土流失的鬥爭。積累了不少經驗,办法也很多,不過,這些方法仍限於局部的、零星的,未能達到全面的防止水土流失的威脅。同時,也未經過有系統的科學總結,缺乏試驗示範。今後必須結合土地合理利用和發展綜合性的農業生產,有計劃地、有步骤地、有重點地来推行羣眾性的水土保持工作。現在把西北水土保持考察團所得的材料,簡單介紹出來,希望有关的科学工作者能重视劳动人民這些創造,並加以科學的總結、提高。
According to the survey results of the Northwest Soil and Water Conservation Delegation, the people of the Northwest in order to maintain their soil and water resources, increase their output and fight against soil erosion. Many experiences have been accumulated and there are many ways to deal with them. However, these methods are still limited to partial and sporadic failures to achieve a comprehensive threat of water and soil erosion. At the same time, it has not been systematically summarized by science and lacks experimental demonstration. In the future, we must combine the rational use and development of comprehensive agricultural production with land, and implement mass water and soil conservation work in a planned, systematic and focused manner. Now, the materials obtained by the Northwest Soil and Water Conservation Study Group are briefly introduced. We hope relevant scientific workers can attach importance to these creation of working people and scientifically summarize and improve them.
