篮球队的训练工作是一个在一定特殊的团体中的人与人的交往过程,即教练员与运动员相互作用的过程。本人通过文献资料法研究分析后认为篮球教练员在与运动员进行交往时应注意以下七个方面:(1)树立正确的教育观;(2)以平等的态度与运动员交往;(3)形成教练员在运动员心目中的威信;(4)以期望的心情与运动员交往;(5)通过长期交往提高教练员与运动员之间的默契程度;(6)以积极正确的态度和方式处理与运动员问题行为;(7)处理好集体主义精神与运动员个性化的关系。
Basketball team training is a process of interaction between people in a particular group, that is, coaches and athletes. After studying and analyzing through the literature and information method, I think basketball coaches should pay attention to the following seven aspects when dealing with athletes: (1) to establish a correct view of education; (2) to deal with athletes with equal attitude; (3) to form coaches (4) To interact with the athlete in the expectant mood; (5) To improve the understanding between the coach and the athlete through long-term interaction; (6) To handle the problem with the athlete in a positive and correct manner Behavior; (7) deal with the collectivism and athlete personal relationship.
