本文针对销售企业处理员工违纪违规行为存在的问题,探究原因,提出明确处分权行使主体、规范处分流程等进一步规范和完善处分权的建议。
This article aims at the problems existing in the sales enterprise dealing with disciplinary violations of employees, probes into the reasons, and puts forward some suggestions on how to further regulate and improve the right of disposition, such as clarifying the main body of punishment and regulating the disciplinary process.
