(2014年7月27日云南省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第十次会议通过)省人大常委会公告第18号《云南省突发事件应对条例》已由云南省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第十次会议于2014年7月27日审议通过,现予公布,自2014年12月1日起施行。第一章总则第一条为了预防和减少突发事件的发生,控制、减轻和消除突发事件引起的严重社会危害,规范突发事件应对活动,根据《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》和有关法律、行政法规,结合本省实际,制定本条例。
