现代经济社会的发展过程中,安全的重要性越来越得以凸显。基层班组作为安全管理的最小单元、最基础单位,其安全文化建设直接影响到油田安全生产及和谐发展。本文介绍了油田基层安全文化建设的现状,指出了存在的问题,进而提出基层班组安全文化建设的对策。
In the course of the development of modern economy and society, the importance of security is increasingly highlighted. Grassroots team as the minimum unit of safety management, the most basic unit, the safety culture directly affects the oil production safety and harmonious development. This paper introduces the status quo of oilfield grassroots safety culture construction, points out the existing problems, and then puts forward the countermeasures of grassroots team safety culture construction.
