摘要本文对在端面燃烧固体推进剂发动机点火系统研制中遇到的问题提出研究。介绍利用各种类型的点火器结构进行的实验,即采用高热值烟火剂装药的管状斜侧孔形的和穿孔形的等点火器。加入辐射形燃烧的单基药块(柯达型药)和在推进剂表面涂以点火药都可以改善点火。用胶木塞密封发动机的效果不如用爆破薄膜密封好,因为爆破薄膜密封能使发动机可靠地达到所希望的压力值。关于爆破薄膜密封还要进行适当的介绍。当利用辐射形燃烧的药块(柯达型药)时,上述事实更是如此。将银丝嵌入复合推进剂装药和普通的推进剂装药的实验表明,银丝对点火过程的影响看起来是轻微的。
Abstract In this paper, the problems encountered in the development of the ignition system of end-fired solid propellant engine are put forward. An experiment using various types of igniter structures, such as tubular slant-side hole-shaped and perforated-shaped igniters charged with pyrogenic pyrotechnic agents, is presented. Adding a single burning radiofrequency block (Kodak drug) and propellant surface coated with ignition powder can improve ignition. The effect of sealing the engine with bakelite seals is better than with a burst film, since the bursting film seal allows the engine to reliably reach the desired pressure value. Explosion film seal also have an appropriate introduction. This is even more the case when using radiused burnt tablets (Kodak). The experiments of embedding silver wire in composite propellant charge and ordinary propellant charge show that the influence of silver wire on the ignition process appears to be slight.
