作者以比利时Smith Kline生物制品公司制造的720ELISA单位/ml福尔马林灭活的甲型肝炎疫苗和20μg/ml HBsAg的乙型肝炎疫苗进行三角肌接种。接种对象系健康成年志愿者,主要为医学院学生和职工。165名18～35岁志愿者,随机分成3组,每组55人。I组左上臂接种甲型肝炎疫苗,Ⅱ组于右上臂注射乙型肝炎疫苗,Ⅲ组左、右臂分别接种甲型和乙型肝炎疫苗。
The authors performed deltoid inoculation with 720 ELISA units / ml formalin-inactivated hepatitis A vaccine and 20 μg / ml HBsAg-based hepatitis B vaccine manufactured by Smith Kline Biological Products, Belgium. Inoculation is healthy adult volunteers, mainly medical students and workers. 165 volunteers aged 18-35 years were randomly divided into three groups of 55 people each. The upper left arm of group I was inoculated with hepatitis A vaccine, the group II was injected with hepatitis B vaccine in the right upper arm, and the group of left and right arm was vaccinated with hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccine respectively.
