采用ＨＰＬＣ测蔗渣水解液及发酵液中木糖、木糖醇等。在ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＮＨ２柱上用乙腈＋水（８０＋２０）分离，示差折光检测器检测， １５ｍｉｎ内同时分离测定木糖、木糖醇及其它五种糖。线性范围在 ０～７．５ ｇ／Ｌ，相对偏差小于４．１％。
