航天工业部第九情报网于1988年10月24～27日在辽宁省锦州市召开了高技术情报研讨会。来自全国各地28个单位38名代表参加了会议,会议邀请了锦州驻军第四十集团军军长吴家民、政委郑顺舟,锦州市科协学会部部长赵育身、锦州科技报副总编王再安、机电部53所红外所所长景丽珠等领导同志出席了开幕式。会议共收到论文23篇,大会宣读17篇论文,内容包含:1、SDI光电技术进展分析; 2、光电技术在空间技术中的应用开发;3、光电技术用于战术导弹的制导方式分析。代表
The Ninth Intelligence Network of the Ministry of Aerospace Industry convened a seminar on high-tech intelligence in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province from October 24 to October 27, 1988. 38 delegates from 28 units across the country attended the meeting.
