目的:初步探讨骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变CT导向穿刺活组织检查的技术方法和临床应用价值。材料和方法:29例均行常规X线摄片和CT扫描,在CT导向下采取四种穿刺活检方法,自动活检枪穿刺14例,细针穿刺抽吸4例,咬骨针穿刺钻取病理组织4例,采用联合方法7例。结果:所以病例穿刺成功,未发生严重并发症。X线摄片、CT和穿刺活检鉴别良恶性病灶的准确率分别为621%、655%和966%。X线摄片、CT和穿刺活检组织学定性诊断准确率分别为448%、483%和931%。结论:骨骼系统CT导向穿刺活检是一种快捷、方便和安全的检查方法,灵活地应用不同的活检方法可进一步提高活检的成功率和准确率。
Objective: To explore the technical methods and clinical application value of CT-guided biopsy of bone tumors and tumor-like lesions. Materials and Methods: All the 29 patients underwent conventional X-ray and CT scans. Four needle biopsy methods were adopted under CT guidance. Fourteen cases were punctured with automatic biopsy guns, 4 were punctured with fine needles, and puncture was performed with a puncture needle. Four cases were organized and 7 cases were combined. Result: The puncture was successful and no serious complications occurred. The accuracy of X-ray, CT, and needle biopsy in distinguishing between benign and malignant lesions was 62.1%, 65.5%, and 96.6%, respectively. The accuracy of histological diagnosis of X-ray, CT, and biopsy was 44.8%, 48. 3%, and 93.1%, respectively. Conclusion: CT-guided biopsy of the skeletal system is a quick, convenient, and safe method of examination. Flexible use of different biopsy methods can further increase the success rate and accuracy of biopsy.
