作者所在医院1971～1978年共收治乙脑患者559例,其中并发应激性溃疡者70例,作者对此进行了分析报道。70例中男48例,女22例。年龄最大者27岁,最小5个月,1～10岁55例,占78.5％,与乙脑发病年龄基本相符。发病季节以7月份为最多,共47例。作者从以下七个方面进行了分析:(1)乙脑的临床类型与发生应激性溃疡出血(以下简称激溃)的关系:普通型2例,重型18例,极重型50例,说
The author’s hospital from 1971 to 1978 were treated in patients with JE 559 cases, including 70 cases of concurrent stress ulcer, the authors analyzed and reported. There were 48 males and 22 females in 70 cases. The oldest 27 years old, minimum 5 months, 1 to 10 years old 55 cases, accounting for 78.5%, basically consistent with the age of onset of Japanese encephalitis. The onset season in July as the most, a total of 47 cases.
