《治水人的心歌》和读者见面了。这是柳福元继《超越历史的赞歌》之后的又一部以歌颂水利为主题的诗歌集。他反映了半个世纪以来,人民治水事业与时俱进的动态形象以及水利建设的辉煌成就和时代变迁的轨迹。这部诗歌集,共编入诗歌580篇,内容大体上有五个部分:“治水人的心歌”446篇、“摇篮新曲”51篇、“倡廉斥腐”40篇、“夕阳垂钓情”28篇、“童年的回忆”15篇。始终贯穿着一条
