医院档案工作是现代档案事业的有机组成部分,其建设和发展水平事关档案事业整体发展。长期以来,由于以医疗业务为主导,医院档案管理工作往往滞后于现代档案管理要求。在当前新一轮医改和信息化技术迅猛发展的时代背景下,如何加强医院档案管理工作、适应现代档案事业发展,本文试图探讨这一问题。
The archives work of the hospital is an integral part of the modern archives business. Its level of construction and development is related to the overall development of the archives business. For a long time, due to the predominance of medical services, the management of hospital archives lags behind modern file management requirements. Under the current background of a new round of medical reform and information technology rapid development, how to strengthen hospital file management and adapt to the development of modern archives, this article attempts to explore this issue.
