我国各地领导干部、科学技术人员和广大棉区社员,遵照党中央和毛主席的指示,实行三结合,不断创造和总结棉花生产经验,形成了一整套棉花丰产的科学技术。在最近国务院召开的第五次全国棉花生产会议上,中国农业科学院副院长朱则民同志作了全国棉花丰产经验科学技术总结报告,受到代表们的好评。大家认为,这个报告中提出的各项技术措施和意见,对我国棉花继续增产具有重大意义。下面是这个报告的摘要。
The leading cadres, scientists and technicians in various parts of China and members of the vast cotton area have followed the instructions of the Party Central Committee and Chairman Mao to implement the three combinations and constantly create and summarize the cotton production experience and form a complete set of high-yielding cotton science and technology. At the Fifth National Cotton Production Conference recently held by the State Council, Comrade Zhu Zemin, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, made a summary report on the science and technology of cotton production in China and was well received by deputies. We all believe that the technical measures and opinions set forth in this report are of great significance to the continuous increase of cotton output in our country.
