一、采购人员道德问题表现形式及危害采购员在工作中应遵守道德规范,公正、公平、诚实、恰当地对待和公司有业务关系的所有供应商,在交易中应忠诚于公司并使公司利益最大化。采购人员的道德问题主要表现为:一是向供应商收取甚至是索取现金回扣、礼物、服务;二是引入与自己有关系的供应商,不管是亲戚还是朋友,在决策时没有采取合理的回避方式;三是自己或家人与供应商之间有其他利益往来。采购人员的不道德行为必然会导致其无法公正、客观地做出正确的采购决策并导致公司的长期利益受到损害,这会导致公司采购成本上升、供需关系遭到破坏,同时会带来采购各种风险剧增、公司商业机密信息的外泄、部门内部工作氛围变差和供应体系劣化等一系列严重的问题,极大地影响公司竞争力及长远发展。
