利用结构方程模型探讨高职生自我和谐与其影响因素的关系,采用自我和谐量表、16PF人格量表、社会支持评定量表、自尊量表、心理控制源量表对598名高职生进行测量。发现人格是影响自我和谐的主要因素;自尊是影响自我和谐的关键因素;社会支持通过自尊间接影响自我和谐;心理控制源的机遇量表直接影响自我和谐。人格、自尊等诸因素能解释自我和谐48%的变异。因此,高职生的人格、社会支持、自尊、心理控制源对自我和谐的作用方式得到了模型的支持。
Structural equation modeling was used to explore the relationship between self-consistency and its influencing factors in vocational college students. 598 vocational college students were measured using self-consistency scale, 16PF personality scale, social support rating scale, self-esteem scale and psychological control source scale . Self-esteem is the key factor that affects self-harmony; Social support affects self-harmony indirectly through self-esteem; The scale of chance of psychological control directly affects self-harmony. Personality, self-esteem and other factors can explain 48% of self-consistency and variation. Therefore, higher vocational students’ personality, social support, self-esteem and psychological control of self-harmony mode of action has been supported by the model.
