企业过程重组(BusinesProcesRengineering,简称BPR)是CIMS和信息系统领域的研究课题。企业过程的简化和集成是企业过程重组的主要内容。本文从管理思想的转变、基于超图(Hypergraph)的过程信息流的分析和基于信息技术的过程结构的优化三个方面提出了过程简化和集成的六条规则,从而为企业过程的重组提供指导和方法。论文的最后是案例研究。
BusinesProcesRengineering (BPR) is a research topic in the field of CIMS and information systems. The simplification and integration of business processes is the main content of business process reengineering. This paper proposes six rules of process simplification and integration from three aspects: the change of management thought, the analysis of process information flow based on hypergraph and the optimization of process structure based on information technology, so as to provide guidance for the reorganization of enterprise process and method. The final part of the thesis is a case study.
