利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)和取向成像显微分析技术(OIM)研究了690合金原始晶粒尺寸对晶界工程(GBE)处理后晶界特征分布(GBCD)的影响.结果表明,原始晶粒尺寸对GBE处理提高低∑CSL晶界比例及控制晶界网络分布有明显的影响.在最终退火工艺相同时,根据不同的原始晶粒尺寸,在GBE处理中需要采用不同的冷变形量,才能够获得最佳的晶界网络分布.可以利用参数“晶粒平均应变量”来表达原始晶粒尺寸和冷变形量共同影响GBE处理效果的综合作用.
The effect of the original grain size of 690 alloy on the grain boundary characteristic distribution (GBCD) after GBE treatment was studied by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and orientation imaging microscopy (OIM).
