采用CO2横流激光器在21-4-N耐热钢表面熔覆添加0.5%CeO2的不同成分Ni基WC金属陶瓷复合层;对熔覆层进行了显微组织观察、显微硬度测量以及不同温度下的高温干摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,Ni21+25%WC+0.5%CeO2熔覆层组织均匀细小,高温下以粘着磨损和氧化磨损为主,干摩擦磨损性能优良。
Using CO2 cross-flow laser cladding on the surface of 21-4-N heat-resistant steel, 0.5% CeO2 Ni-based WC cermet composite layer was added.
