工程质量形成于工程项目建设过程,工程施工是工程项目全过程质量控制的关键环节。质量管理的有效性关系到整个工程项目的最终质量能否达到预期的质量目标和业主要求,关系到整个工程项目的顺利完成和成本控制。施工企业的整体实力和水平主要靠所承担项目的质量来体现。其竞争实力的提高需在项目的质量水平上下功夫,对于施工企业来讲,质量代表着企业的生命。本文主要对工程项目实施阶段质量管理的关键及改进措施进行论证。
