全日制高中第一册第六章胶体一节,有丁达尔现象和渗析两个演示实验。教者做好这两个演示实验,无论对胶体概念的深入理解还是对胶体重要性质的掌握都有着极其重要的意义。然而对做渗析实验所用的半透膜,在现有中学的实验室中,无论羊皮纸,胶棉薄膜还是动物的膀胱或肠衣,都很难得到,故此实验一般是无法演示的。笔者与同教研室的几位同志研究,最后被鸭蛋能被腌咸这一事实所启示,即鸭蛋放
